Terms of Service

Ctrl We AI provides AI-powered tools for marketing, content creation, image generation, code assistance, brand development, and advertising campaign planning. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account without our written consent.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Agency) are billed monthly in USD through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are listed on our pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Agency plans may require a separate agreement. Contact oguz@ctrlwe.net for custom pricing.

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the platform or its AI systems.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated outputs before publishing or deploying them. We do not guarantee accuracy, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use AI-generated outputs for your business purposes.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
